This is a renovation of a 25-year-old RC house with a great view in southern Wakayama Prefecture, reconfigured as a two-family house with separate living quarters on the first and second floors.
The space was divided to create a comfortable sense of scale while utilizing the generosity of the original building. The living line was constructed with an emphasis on the usability of functional spaces such as the water area.
