敷地は宝塚市の山手、敷地の大部分は傾斜地で鬱蒼と緑が茂っています。前面道路から3m程低い限られたフラットなスペースに2階建の建物を計画しました。道路からはRCブリッジで建物の2Fレベルにアプローチします。そこから吹き抜けを介して1Fのリビングダイニングへとつながっていく構成です。2Fの書斎からは遠くの街並み、1Fリビングダイニングからは緑の溢れる森へ視線が広がります。

The site is located in the mountainside of Takarazuka City. Most of the site is sloped and thickly covered with greenery. We planned a two-story building on a flat space about 3 meters down from the front road. The building is approached from the road by an RC bridge to the second floor level. From the study on the second floor, the view of the city in the distance spreads out, and from the living/dining room on the first floor, the view of the forest full of greenery spreads out.
