神戸市の海沿い、私鉄線路と急峻な崖地にはさまれて敷地があります。 瀬戸内海を一望できる場所を活かすことと、背面の崖を視覚的に意識せず暮らせることを条件に計画を進めました。 眺望の欲しいLDKと主寝室を2Fに、それらの間に海の見える浴室を配置しています。 2Fとは対照的に開口部をしぼった1Fには、ゲストルームとして使用する和室と 書斎を配置しました。

A site available on the coastline of Kobe City, protected by a private railway track on one side and steep coastal cliffs on the other.
A project pushed forward by the design to provide an unbroken view of the inland sea and a lifestyle without visual awareness of the background cliffs.
This desirable view is available from the LDK and master bedroom on the 2nd floor, and the bath also provides a view of the sea.
With contrastingly sparse aperture compared to the 2nd floor, the 1st floor offers a Japanese style room and a study perfect for guests.
